  26.      More precisely, it's not user-upgradable.  When Supra is sure that
  27. the 33.6 stuff is stable, there'll be an upgrade policy, but it will
  28. involve either exchanging your modem for a new one or sending the current
  29. one in for an upgrade.
  30.      Also, if you're reliably getting 26.4, it's probably not worth it at
  31. this point: if the line can't handle 28.8, it's not likely to handle 33.6.
